BIOGRAPHY
Hailing from a family with great tradition of musical excellence and reputation,he was intiated into the world of music at a very early age by his grandfather Sri.Cherthala Padmanabhan Bhagavather,a renowned musician.His father Sri.THIRUVIZHA SIVANANDAN(Rtd.staff artist,AIR,Thrissur)and his mother Smt.VIJAYALAKSHMI(Rtd.music teacher)have inspired him with the richness of their experience and inculcated in him a dedication to the discipline.At the age of ten,he began learning violin under replicas rolex the tutorship of Sri.THIRUVIZHA.G.ULLAS and pursured it under the guidance of violin vidwan Sri.NEDUMANGAD SIVANANDAN.
He has performed several programmes with All India Radio,Doordarshan fausse sacoche pas cher and other channels like Asianet,Soorya,Amritha TV etc.He is an 'A'grade artist of All India Radio.
He has attained a 'GANABHOOSHANAM' diploma in Violin from RLV College,Thrippunithura. BA Music from Govt.Chittur College and Post Graduation in Violin from Delhi University.
He was selected for the award of a Senior Scholarship in Violin from Govt.of India. He has a rich concert experience with many top-ranking artists like Sri.T K Govinda Rao,Sri.Nedunnoori Krishnamoorthy, Sri.T R Subrahmaniam,Sri.T V Sankaranarayanan,sri M K Sankaran Namboothiri, Sri.Neyyattinkara Vasudevan and Dr.K Omanakkutty. Received a title 'SANGEETHA RATNA' from Sai Samithi Palakkad in 2008. Received a title "Kanchi Kamakodi Asthana Vidwan" Puraskaram 2010.He has accompanied with leading musicians and dancers abroad, places like Paris,Norway,Portugal,Turkey,Singapore,London,Srilanka etc...
